Membership Agreement

Active members in good standing receive access to the following, subject to the membership tier purchased:

• The Advantage Community member portal
• Supplier Maturity Ladder and Buyer Maturity Ladder frameworks
• Supplier and Buyer self-assessment tools
• Resource library (guides, playbooks, templates, worksheets, and tools)
• Development path programming
• Member-only events and event recordings
• Community discussion board and announcements
• Access to programs available at the member's tier

Benefits are subject to change. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to membership benefits.

Membership access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your login credentials with any other individual or entity. Each membership account is for a single authorized user only.

Access to the member portal requires a verified email address and acceptance of all required legal agreements. Access may be suspended or terminated for violations of this Agreement or any other applicable policy.

Membership is billed at $20.00 USD per month unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Billing occurs on a recurring monthly basis beginning on the date of initial purchase.

You authorize The Advantage Community to charge your payment method on file on each billing date. It is your responsibility to maintain a valid payment method. Failed payments may result in suspension of portal access until the outstanding balance is resolved.

All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to the member portal through the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

Certain programs (including but not limited to The BFD, Deal Winning Breakthrough, Big Freaking Deals Live, Mastermind, and the 6-Week Workshop) may require separate enrollment, additional fees, or specific membership tiers. Participation in these programs is subject to availability and any additional terms presented at enrollment.

Members are expected to engage with the community in a professional, respectful, and constructive manner. All community participation is governed by the Community Code of Conduct. Violations may result in removal of community posting privileges, suspension, or termination of membership.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, The Advantage Community grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the member portal solely for your personal and internal business development purposes.

All content in the member portal is proprietary intellectual property of The Advantage Community LLC. Your access does not grant you any ownership rights in any content, framework, methodology, or material. Use of portal content is governed by the Intellectual Property and Content Usage Policy.

The Advantage Community reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership and portal access at any time, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of this Agreement or any applicable policy
• Non-payment of membership fees
• Conduct that is harmful to other members or to The Advantage Community
• Misuse of proprietary content or intellectual property
• Any activity that The Advantage Community determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate

Upon termination, your access to the member portal and all associated content will cease immediately. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations accrued prior to termination.

The member portal and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Advantage Community does not warrant that the portal will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. See the Assessment Disclaimer for additional limitations applicable to assessment tools.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Advantage Community LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the member portal or any content therein. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the three months preceding the claim.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Illinois.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the version number and effective date above and notify you by email or through the portal. Continued use of the member portal after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must cancel your membership before the effective date.
